Koolaburra is UGG, and that is the whole story
Most dupe questions are about a third party approximating someone else's shape. This one isn't. Koolaburra by UGG is UGG's own lower-priced line — it says so on the box. Its listing gives a suede upper, a round toe and an EVA midsole and outsole. Neither the listing nor UGG says the Koola Mini II is built on the Classic Mini’s last, so treat the shared name as the brand, not as proof of the same construction.
What actually changes is the lining: faux fur, where the Classic Mini uses twinface sheepskin. That is most of what the price difference buys, and it is a real difference rather than a marketing one. UGG lists the Classic Mini II with a 17mm twinface sheepskin upper, lining and insole; the Koola Mini II listing gives faux fur inside.

The Tasman is the more-searched of the two and the harder one to match, because its signature is a detail rather than a material — the braided collar. CUSHIONAIRE's Luz suede clog, for a fraction of the Tasman’s $130 on ugg.com (7 September 2026), gets the silhouette and genuine suede with a fuzzy lining, from the same maker as our Birkenstock pick.
It has no braided collar. If the braid is what you wanted — and for most people searching “Tasman dupe” it is — none of the Tasman picks here reproduces it. The Tazz: the Tasman, raised
The Tazz is the silhouette UGG sells hardest right now, and it is the Tasman upper on a chunky platform — $150 on ugg.com (7 September 2026). It is also the easiest of the three to approximate, because the platform is a sole, and a sole is cheap to copy. The braid still is not.
CUSHIONAIRE’s Husky gets both of the things people buy a Tazz for: real suede and the raised sole. If you want sheepskin inside rather than the look, Dearfoams’ Bendigo is the only Tazz alternative here with genuine shearling inside, for a small fraction of the original.

What changed on 7 September 2026
This page used to carry two rows and an apology: Amazon was rendering size-variant footwear without a listed price, so most UGG alternatives could not be priced at all, and we would not rank what we had not read. That has cleared. Every row above was read on its own product page on 7 September 2026, with the price and the stock line visible.
Two corrections came out of the same pass, and both were ours. We had quoted UGG’s toddler price for the Classic Mini II; the women’s boot is $175 on ugg.com (7 September 2026). And we had the Tasman too low; it is $130 on ugg.com (7 September 2026). Both are now taken from ugg.com directly rather than from a retailer, so the gap you see is measured against what UGG itself charges.
How to judge an UGG dupe yourself
Lining first: sheepskin versus faux fur is the entire comfort and warmth difference, and it is always in the spec. Suede second — genuine versus synthetic decides whether it still looks like the original after a winter. Sole last, because everyone gets the outsole roughly right and nobody notices it.
